Eurotech Returns Policy
Eurotech Services’ Return Policy is set out below. The return policy is provided in addition to any statutory return rights that you may have under law.
- D.O.A – dead on arrival conditions for any product reflect those of the manufacture. Eurotech services does not offer warranty other than that granted by the manufacturer to Eurotech Services. Consequently, the warranty conditions provided by Eurotech Services will be an exact copy of the manufacture.
- Defective products - Eurotech services does not offer warranty other than that granted by the manufacturer to Eurotech Services. Consequently, the warranty conditions provided by Eurotech Services will be an exact copy of the manufacture.
- Incorrect customer order – Eurotech Services reserves the right to issue or not the return of products in cases where the customer has mis-ordered. Only goods in sealed undamaged original packaging with manufacturer seals intact and returned via the customer’s own courier will be accepted for return.
- Customer Error returns – A re-stocking fee maybe applied which will be agreed to at the time of the return. A credit will be issued at the current price of the product or price paid at the time the product was ordered. Returns must be in their original condition and unopened and returned via the customer’s own courier.
- Products damaged at delivery – Customer Support must be notified of all damaged deliveries within 5 days date of delivery.
When returning products please note the following guidelines:
- The product is adequately packed with Eurotech Services address clearly displayed without marking the original packaging.
- The product is returned within 10 days of the return being agreed.
- Eurotech Services reserves the right to refuse a credit if the product is not in a satisfactory condition.

Goods will be returned complete and in their original packaging to the following address:
